A case of English white wines, showing the variety in styles of English white wine.
This case is a great starting point for any white wine fan new to discovering English wine. There is so much variety in white wines from England - they can range from crisp Sauvignon-style to full bodied and oaked. This case showcases a full spectrum of different types of English white wine.
This is a case of 6 bottles of white wine.
Hidden Spring Bacchus from Sussex – a dry, Sauvignon-style white wine. Flavours of elderflower, nettles and citrus.
Litmus Element 20 from Surrey – a silky, full-bodied, oaked white wine that we think fans of Chardonnay will love. Buttery tones with mineral flavours, and notes of citrus, vanilla and toast.
Chilford Hall Grantchester from Cambridgeshire – a dry, crisp white wine that we think fans of Pinot Grigio or mellow Sauvignon Blanc will love. Flavours of citrus, peach and pear.
Carr Taylor 1066 from Hastings – a medium-dry, aromatic white wine that has a mix of floral and fruity flavours.
Wayfarer Chardonnay from Kent – a dry white wine that’s bursting with juicy flavours of stone fruits. This wine has enough acidity for Sauvignon fans to enjoy, but we also think fans of un-oaked Chardonnay or Chenin Blanc would love it too!
Stopham Bacchus from Sussex – a dry, Sauvignon-style white wine. Flavours of elderflower with herbaceous tones and delicate hints of tropical fruit.
