The British Showcase
A mixed case of white, red and rosé wines, all from vineyards in England!
This case is a great starting point for anyone new to discovering English wine as it showcases a variety of different types and styles of wine. It also makes a great gift or is perfect if you're planning on entertaining!
This is a case of 6 bottles - 3 red, 2 white and 1 rosé.
Wine List:
Wayfarer Bacchus from Kent – a dry, Sauvignon-style white wine made in limited volumes, with flavours of elderflower, peach, and mineral.
Chilford Hall Legacy from Cambridgeshire – a dry white wine that we think un-oaked Chardonnay fans will enjoy. Flavours of apple, tropical fruit and a hint of citrus.
Whitehall Charlotte May Rosé from Wiltshire – a bone-dry Provence-style rosé. This wine also gets great reviews from non-rosé fans as it’s so dry! Flavours of summer fruits and red apple.
Lowick Regent from Northamptonshire – a full bodied, fruity red wine that we think fans of Malbec or Merlot would enjoy. Ultra-smooth, with flavours of dark fruits.
Sixteen Ridges Pinot Noir from Worcestershire – a light bodied red wine that’s got surprising complexity. Light tannins, with a combination of flavours ranging from cherries to woody flavours and a slightly earthy finish.
Winbirri Signature from Norfolk – a full bodied, fruity red wine that we think fans of Rioja or Shiraz will love. Flavours of plums, dark fruits, and a hint of smoked oak.
