Delivery Information

Please note that due to the UK wide driver shortage and supply chain challenges, our courier network is experiencing some delays. We always dispatch wines as quickly as possible but your order may take several days longer than usual to arrive, so please allow plenty of time. 

Delivery is free on orders over £100. Standard delivery on orders of less than £100 is £7.99. 


All deliveries include printed information about the winemakers for your chosen wines, along with tasting notes. 


Gift messages are available for free - please complete the gift message field on the product page. 


All orders are dispatched in 2-3 working days and are sent via courier, packed in protective transit packaging. 

Please note that deliveries outside of the UK mainland may take slightly longer. 


Deliveries must be signed for by someone over the age of 18. We strongly recommend the delivery address is a residential address only, to ensure the wines arrive safely with the intended recipient. We cannot accept any liability for wines delivered to a non-residential address that do not end up with the intended recipient. 


We are not yet able to deliver outside of the United Kingdom. We can accept orders from outside of the UK if they are to be delivered to an address within the UK. 


Our products are packaged in protection that has been rigorously tested. In the unlikely event of any breakages, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include supplementary photos. This is a requirement for our couriers so that we can arrange a refund or replacement. 


If your delivery has not arrived within 5 days of ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.

Local deliveries - if you have been given a code for local delivery, please note this only applies to delivery addresses in Stotfold, Letchworth, Arlesey, Baldock, Hitchin and Biggleswade. We want our environmental footprint to be as small as possible, so we re-use packaging for local orders, rather than protective transit packaging. Your order will still include tasting notes and vineyard information as normal, but please bear in mind the box may not be brand new.
