Q – How much is delivery?
A – Delivery is free on orders over £100, or £5.99 on orders of less than £100. For orders with split delivery, delivery is £5.99 per address, or free if the value is more than £100 for that address.
Q – When will my order be delivered?
A – We dispatch the vast majority of our orders the next working day after your order is placed, and 95% of our orders are delivered the next working day from dispatch. For example, if you order on a Monday afternoon, we will dispatch on Tuesday, and your order should be delivered on Wednesday.
Q – How can I track my order?
A – Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification which will include tracking information. Please bear in mind it can sometimes take a few hours for the tracking information to show. You will also get alerts from our courier. We recommend you add a mobile number so our courier can send text alerts to keep you updated on your order progress.
Q – Do you deliver internationally?
A – Regretfully due to various customs restrictions on sending alcohol outside of the UK, and the added risk of breakages, we cannot ship outside of the UK. We are able to accept orders from outside of the UK with an international billing address, but the shipping address must be inside the UK.
Q – Is there a minimum order quantity? Do I need to buy a certain number of bottles?
A – No! We want you to be able to order as much or as little as you want. Our delivery charge is the same - £5.99 on orders under £100, or free on orders over £100.
Q – What if I need to make a change to my order?
A – Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to make any changes to your order, such as changing your gift message or delivery address.
Q – Can I add a gift message?
A – Yes, we offer a complimentary gift message service. Add a gift message to your order, and we’ll write this on a gift tag, and tie it round the neck of the bottle of wine. We think a hand-written message adds the personal touch!
Q – What payment methods do you accept?
A – We accept all major card providers, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept ApplePay and Google Pay.
Q – Do you offer a corporate gifting service, or corporate discount?
A – Yes, we make corporate gifts easy. We think that the gifts you send say a lot about you as a business, and when you send wines as a gift, you should show you’re supporting independent British businesses! Our team can make the entire process easy, you can pay invoices via BACS, ship to as many addresses as required, add personalised gift tags, and our corporate discount scheme starts from orders of £500 or more. Q – Why should I buy English and Welsh wines?
A – Aside from the fact they taste exceptional and win numerous awards, there are lots of reasons to shop British when it comes to wine! From a lower carbon footprint, to supporting independent British winemakers, we want everyone to switch from drinking internationally produced wines for English & welsh. Q - How should I choose the right wines for me?
A – We try to make our descriptions as detailed as possible, and add in similar wines where possible to guide you. Wine tasting is a subjective art, so you may find you taste different flavours than what’s listed in the tasting notes – we think that’s part of the joy of wine tasting! If you’re looking for a balanced selection, we recommend trying one of our pre-mixed selections. We are more than happy to advise if you have any questions or want to check if you’ll like a certain wine – please get in touch with us to discuss! Q – How can I find out more about my wines?
A – We include tasting notes for your wines, along with information about the vineyard/winemaker who produced them. We have additional information on our website about our vineyards and winemakers, and pairing suggestions for each wine on our product pages. Q – Are you able to put together a bespoke selection for me?
A – Of course! We love curating bespoke selections to suit our customers’ tastes, and we don’t charge for this service, you just pay for the wines you choose.
