Your Christmas Wine List:

Carr Taylor Brut from Hastings – a dry English sparkling wine made in the style of Champagne. This is a luxurious fizz with real depth of flavour, but slightly lighter in body than Champagne – biscuit, apple and elderflower flavours.

Fox & Fox Mosaic Rosé from Sussex – a dry, luxurious English sparkling rosé, this is one of our highest rated sparkling wines. Beautiful flavours of red fruits and citrus.

Montgomery Demi Sec from Montgomery, Wales – a “half-dry” Welsh sparkling wine that is absolutely perfect for parties as it’s less dry than wines like Champagne. It also pairs beautifully with food. Flavours of apples and pears, with beautiful delicately floral aromas.

Wayfarer Bacchus from Kent – a dry, Sauvignon-style white wine made in limited volumes, with flavours of elderflower, peach, and mineral.

Hidden Spring Bacchus from Sussex – a dry, Sauvignon-style white wine. Flavours of elderflower, nettles and citrus.

Stopham Pinot Gris from Sussex – a slightly off-dry white wine that we think fans of dry, unoaked wines like Chardonnay or Chenin Blanc will enjoy. Bursting with flavours of citrus and stone fruits.

Carr Taylor Ortega from Hastings – a dry, lightly oaked white wine that will be a hit with fans of Chardonnay. Notes of apricot, orange blossom, vanilla and toasty oak.

Chilford Hall Blush from Cambridgeshire – a dry rosé that will appeal to fans of French or Italian rosé. Flavours of red fruits and a delicate hint of candyfloss on the finish.

Lowick Regent from Northamptonshire – a full bodied, fruity red wine that we think fans of Malbec or Merlot would enjoy. Ultra-smooth, with flavours of dark fruits.

Sixteen Ridges Pinot Noir from Worcestershire – a light bodied red wine that’s got surprising complexity. Light tannins, with a combination of flavours ranging from cherries to woody flavours and a slightly earthy finish.

Montgomery Rondo from Montgomery, Wales – a medium to full bodied red wine with a deliciously velvety texture. Flavours of dark fruits, smoke, wood and a hint of spice.

Winbirri Signature from Norfolk – a full bodied, smooth and fruity red wine that we think fans of Rioja or Shiraz will love. Flavours of plums, dark fruits, and a hint of smoked oak.

NB very occasionally, case contents may be substituted for wines of a similar flavour profile. Substitutes will always be of equal or greater value.
